3G is an abbreviation for the 3rd Generation, which refers to third generation mobile communication technology. 3G communications network is an open system with the complexity of business operations. When providing a business, it may need the chi dazzle co-ordination of multiple services and even a number of operators as well as service providers. Therefore, it is very important to develop a charging system which can deal with a variety of complex data operations supported by 3G communication net effectively and timely.The design and implementation of 3G charging systems (billing and inquiry part included) in this dissertation is accomplished with some advanced technologies such as JSP, Servlet, lace wedding dresses . It also combines the other relevant J2EE technology with the MVC model.
